"My wife and I worked with Brian and Brad to purchase a home in Laguna Beach after renting in Newport Beach for three years. We actually approached Brian and Brad after going to one of their open houses and finding Brian to be very knowledgeable about the Newport/Laguna area. Most importantly, they were laid back, genuine, and treated us extremely nicely and answered all of our questions even after we communicated that the open house we were at didn't fully suit our needs. When we started our relationship, they set up a meeting with us to fully understand what we were looking for and our criteria. We already knew the market inventory very well, so Brian and Brad were very selective at what they showed us. Over the course of several months, they met with us and showed us homes that checked all of our boxes. In other cases, they pitched homes that needed work (and we wouldn't have thought about seeing) but brought along a local architect to help address the work and costs needed to make it our forever home. The process was probably longer than they anticipated but we never felt pressured or noticed any dropoff in their level of service. In the end, they showed us a home in Laguna that checked a lot of our boxes but required some work. However, it had an amazing view and Brian and Brad convinced us to see the home ASAP before it hit the market, and we ended up putting in an offer right away and was able to win over the sellers without any threat of a bidding war. We most likely wouldn't have been able to purchase our current home if not for Brian and Brad's local expertise, and would highly, highly recommend Brian and Brad to help you buy or sell a home."
